What is that bird sitting on? It just dont look right, to me it doesn't look like it is sitting on the tree.

deer-hunter18, I am 100% sure this is a hen. In the flock of 30 to 50 turkeys (sometimes they are not all there) that I have been photographing, there are two hens with beards. She is sitting on a dead branch, her feathers are covering her feet and part of the branch that she is sitting on.

Longbeard, Im about 40 yards away. The picture has been cropped some.
