Snake Skins Camo kits?
 
Has anybody used these. I have seen them in cabelas and was thinking about using them to camo my gun for turkey. I am looking for an alternative to spray painting.

I used it last year, but I only covered the stock and forearm since my barrel has a matte finish. They are pretty cool, but they are a little tricky to use if you don't do the whole gun. Mine is still on it right now, so it held up pretty well. The other alternative which I used for several years is a camo gun sock. It ain't pretty, but you can take it off whenever you want.

And does anybody else know how to camo my gun besides spraypaint?

Check out Dura Coat in Columbus GA ..they have done 4 differnet guns for me and do a great job ..their phone number is 306-321-1222 ..I will attach a picture of a Thompson Encore I had them do ...its for sale by the way.

i tried them a few years ago,worked ok,but on my pump,it didn't stay, came lose when pumping the shells,i may have gotten the skin to hot, i've taken several of my guns to dura coat, in columbus ga. also. haven't had any problem with them.it cost me $150 for my gun, several patterns to choose from,good luck with the camo skin

Before I spent 150-200 bucks on a dip job. I would just buy a new camo turkey gun!!!
