Shooting low pattern

I have a Charles Daly youth 20ga auto,I put a full size stock on it. It has a short sight plain and I'm patterning low at 20-30-40yds full bead. I'm wondering if it would be better to go with a shorter bead or draw a fine bead. I don't want to rely on rembering to bead right with a gobbler in range and my heart pounding. I realy don't care for the fiber optic sights but that may be the way I have to go.

There are several things you could do. One option would be a red dot scope or a scope. Another would be the fiber optic sights. Or you may just want to find what sight picture is most comfortable and then change your point of aim to the head instead of where the neck and feathers meet. If you are shooting low and are aiming at the head already, I would suggest the adjustable fiber optic sights or a red dot.
