scoring a turkey???

there is a box for pounds and a box for ounces... If a turkey wieghs 18 pounds 7 ounces, what would you put in the boxes??? I am comfused cause it says round off the #'s... and do you weigh gutted or not???

so what do you put in the boxes for a 18 pound 7 ounce turkey??? 18 in the pounds box and 7 in the ounce box??? if so, what #'s do you round off??? What is it talking about???

It sounds like you are asking.

18 lbs 7.3 oz. there for 18 lbs and 7 oz is what you would put in the boxes. if the .5 or larger it would be 18 lbs and 8 oz.

is that what you are talking about?
