Oklahoma Turkeys

I'm planning a trip to northwest Ok this April. I'm looking for some details and advice on hunting public land rios down there. I'm looking at Canton, Packsaddle, Black Kettle, Ft. Supply, and Cooper. Right now it's in that order, but I'm looking for some advice. I'm planning to hunt the public lands and won't be getting there till the second weekend. I have all the maps of the areas. I'm looking for personal information or advice. I'm looking for...areas to start looking for the birds, peak gobbling times, peak breading periods, good areas to avoid the hunting pressure, hunting pressure to expect, good spots to camp, techniques that work good on the public rios, good local contacts to talk with, etc.

I've gotten a couple responses but I'm still looking for a little help. I don't want to move in on anyone's favorite spot. I'm just looking for any general information you can spare. Thanks!
