The birds are still flocked up. You either see a big bunch or not at all. I hunt either Clark County or east of Lake Winnebago, depending on tag lottery

i hunt in adams county near the wisconsin dells..i was out last weekend near my home in waukesha county and saw that the birds are still flocked up...i have first period so i'm starting to get pumped...i havn't got a tom since 1998 so this year is gunna be the year..i hope?

I hunt right across the river near Lansing, Iowa. Also we have alot of land near Waukon that my grandpa owns, we filled 10 of 10 tags last year between me, my brother, dad, uncle and grandpa for 1st and 4th seasons.

J-BIRD I'm from your neighbering state and work exclusively in Wisc.I hav'nt seen any birds strutting yet but I sure see alot of grouped up birds.I got picked for the may 15-19 season for zone 19 Pierce Co. but have had tough luck
finding land to hunt.Good Luck |
