My NC bird was 22 yards.

1st bird was 47 yards
2nd was about just over 10 yards
3rd was about 30 yards all 3 birds went down for the count with 1 shot from my own handload shot out of my Ithica Mag10....2 1/4 ounces of #4 lead!One of the smartest things I ever did was to start loading my own 10 gauge turkey loads!!:)

Most of the birds I've taken have been inside 30 yards. I have a gun that I want to hunt with that looks like it might not pattern past 35 yards. My luck the first time I use it the gobbler will be at 40 yards just struttin his a#$ off:D

Mine was about 15-20 and the one I called in for my Dad was about 10yds.

Well the two Rios were both at 45 yards. I had a hard time judging distance in that more open rocky country of the Texas Hill Country.
The eastern was at 16 yards.
Man! I had a great season!:D

14, 16, 17, 19, 19, 20, 21, 22, 22, 29, 43, and 44

Shotgun bird was 8 yards, my archery bird was 21 yards.

shotgun kills were 29, 32, 34. Bow kills were 9, 17.

took my limit of three birds and all three were 45+ yards.

My bird was right around 50 yards. Hevi-shot #6's dropped him like a bad habit.
