Loudest owl hooter calls?

Can anyone tell what are some of the loudest owl hooter calls are?
I bought a Primos Hoot Flute model 314 cannister type and this call isn't loud at all.
I've tried it last evening and didn't get any responces with it. I know that doesn't mean that there wasn't any gobblers around and that the call doesn't work, but this call isn't loud at all and I can't see how it would shock call a gobbler. Has anyone used this call and had any success with it? Also, what brand and type of peacock calls work good for shock calling gobblers? Thank you.

I've used a few different Hoot Tubes and I like the H.S.Strut (Palmer's Hoot Tube) all n all they work sometimes but not always just like Crow calls they work sometimes and sometimes they don't.. Good luck with whatever call you use

it doesnt matter how loud they are bc you are only supposed to use it during the early morning hours(when it is still dark out) and maybe in the fall when it is getting dark out....

I have the same call as you padan. You're right, it's not very loud. I have gotten turkey to gobble with it however. I have always had my best luck with a crow call.

I personally like a louder, reed style hooter. These are more versatile than the flute style, you can get very loud and aggressive, or by cupping your hands, you can hoot softly.

My favorite is the H.S. Strut wooden Palmer's Hoot Tube.
