Processing your meat
 
Hey, guys I wanted to get some tips on how you like to cut up your fare?


Most the time I cook'em whole but this year I decided to cut him up for separate meals.
Particularly what do yall do on the drumsticks? Man those tendons are a bugger?

Cool, thanks, ya I sat there and pulled all the tendons out( god what a mind numbing job) and put them in the grinder[:'(] I'll try your way from now on:D
