Best tailfan/beard mounting kit?
 

The turkey gods have smiled on me. :D
What's the best looking tailfan/beard mounting kit you've seen and where did you buy one? I've checked the big stores and haven't seen anything that really trips my trigger.
All input appreciated, photos if you got 'em.

Here is a picture of one that was made by our very own Maytom. I won this one in a contest, he donated the prize, The funny thing is he was in it also and scored a bigger turkey than mine, but he gave it to me, the 2nd place winner, that should tell you something for the kind of guy he is and the quality of his work.

look on the net for taxidermy supply companies. van dykes has some nice do it yourself kits that are reasonably priced. i cant remember their web address but if you search for van dykes taxidermy it will come up. ive done my own taxidermy for some time and the kits are pretty easy and come with easy to follow directions.

I bought this turkey hunting book once and saw a mount I loved. Tried like hell to find it. Couldn't. Last year, I searched for 2 hours before I found it. It's made by The Game Tracker. Description is Solid Oak Plaque with picture frame/Turkey Mounting Kit with Picture Frame. The only place in the world I know you can get them is at freddiebearsports.com. (I would include exact link, but not sure if that is against the rules on here, so available at request. I've gotten a lot of positive comments on mine. I like the fact that you can include a picture. Bring back memories ever time I look at 'em. When I bought mine (bought 3), they were $21.99 each. Just checked, they are still $21.99.

I second midwest, some of the best ones i have seen (not including the custom ones like maytoms).
