i keep hearing turkeys everywhere i go, the smallest sqeak(sp?) from something in the shop or other everyday noise sound like turkeys to me, i'm going to go crazy and only if i'm lucky will i get to hunt one weekend this year due to the fact that i'm in the military and my schedule, so hopefully that one weekend willput me at ease and maybe i'll get lucky and score!

Turkey hunting is great on the base in Quantico. Thats where I got hooked. Never even harvested a bird, just bustin flocks during deer season and calling them in during the spring season, but never quite close enough...

I was cleaning a bird the other day with some hunting buddies. One of them kept saying " Can you guys here that hen? We looked at him like he was crazy! It turned out to be one of the my dogs next to him panting from the heat! He's got it bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!LMAF

While it is next to impossible to fully cure, it is not a bad thing. ;)

Dude after 20 or so days of hunting. I always think I'm hearing gobbles off in the distence. It happens every year.:D

Sometimes I "hear" turkey voices in my head when I'm in my neighborhood cause I've been listening so hard during the weekends. My turkey hunting friend lives around the corner, so when he's practicing outside it makes things worse!!
