Got a bird yesterday
 

Yesterday i took my first of the season for team 4. I got to the ranch a little late but managed to find some birds I had scouted earlier in the year. The only problem was they were all henned up. I snuck around them and got in front of them, and with a little purring and yelping drew them in to about 37 yards. There was a group of three and I picked the one with the longest beard. The funny thing was, the other two didnt run off, but I didnt want to clean more than one in a day. I also called a couple of toms in for some people I was guiding on Saturday, and they each got nice birds as well. ( I didnt bring the camera along)

Beard: 10.5 "
Weight: 17.5 lbs. ( kinda light for the beard size)
R.S.: 1.25
L.S.: 1.375
Total: 64.75
