RE: my solid white gobbler
Bobcat 10, I have a jake that i shot in Missouri last year that is identical to yours. The neck, head and legs are a drab pinkish color and the toes are clear off white.

I would've loved to have seen your face when he walked out into your sight.
Glad you got him. You will enjoy that story and mount for the rest of your life! |

TURKEY!!!!!! RARE?!?!?!?!? MY GAWD! WHAT ABOUT THE RABBIT????:D
Nice bird! That maybe one in a lifetime. |
RE: my solid white gobbler
Kase,
Down home those rabbits aren't rare.............them thangs are more deadlier than a cotton mouth. He'll sneak in on ya rake your ankle & when your down finish you off!;) Like Bobcat says "Beware"!!!! |
RE: my solid white gobbler
bobcat; you know you can have the head repainted like it was.take it back and have him redo it. it shouldn't cost you anything.it was his fault.when I did them , if I did something wrong I would gladely fix it.
that is truly a fine trophy, looks good the way it is,but if the head didn't have blue on it,then I wouldn't want it on it either. |
RE: my solid white gobbler
He looks like a domestic bird, minus the pink legs...
Any commercial farms nearby? |
