Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

I harvested my first tom some 20 something years ago and still remember it like it had taken place this morning! The expereience never gets old to me,and the anticipation of each new spring with gobbles filling the air makes bad days not so difficult!!!

Well lets see! When I started there was no such thing as a TURKEY GUN,The only camo you could buy was old army surplus. There was no such thing as the NWTF. and we had a big choice of calls, box call, scratch box,or about 2 companies that made mouth calls. As you can see it's been awhile

This will be my seventh year chasing those horny redheads. Oh....my seventh year chasing turkeys, too.

There's nothing I enjoy more than spending time in the woods, hunting with my father.

Well last year was the 1st year I went and called seriously by myself. The year before that I went once with a buddy, and he did all the calling, and a couple times I setup behind the house before work. About 8 or so years ago I had went out a few times with another buddy who was doing the calling, we called in 4 gobblers in one morning, with one miss.(not me)
