Guess My Season Is over Before It Starts.
 

since I just broke my right wrist in 5 places and had to have pins and plates put in , my season is over. (can't shoot like this)[:'(]:(

I am going to try to get the B/P shoot gun out and see if I can shoot it.

I can run the calls and the veido ; so I can call and flim for the wife to shoot. she likes that idea.
It is almost two ,more weeks before the season starts,so maybe I can do it left handed.

Gezzzzz ,Tree Climber sorry to hear of this, I wish there was some way I could help you, and surely would. hang strong,,One season I broke an ankle in Mo on the first day. I was black from the knee cap down to the ends of my toes. I could hardly walk , but I killed a bird, before I went to the hospital, I also hunted NY,PA aswell. First time I hunted with jalvja. He was very good , took me all the places that we hunted on darn hill sides [:@] Gezzz That hurt. But we still killed birds in every State. By the time I went to the hospital , they told me it was too late, leave it or rebreak it ,,, WRONG answer :D I left it ..

I broke my hand 2 weeks before waterfowl season and still hunted. Take 2 extra strength tylenol, learn to pull the trigger with the tip of your finger and get ready for some pain from the recoil but trust me the pain is not as bad as missing a season;).

I feel your pain bud. Hope you heal up soon.
Last season I ruptured a couple of discs in my lower back about 1 week before the season started. I couldnt hunt more than 100 yards from my truck.
You could always hunt them with a pistol.[:o]

That really stinks. So sorry to hear about your luck--I hope that wrists heals up like new.

I have shot a turkey left handed before, just rest your gun on your right knee and use your left hand on the trigger. just a suggestion. i wouldnt miss the turkey season if i could possibly avoid it.
