question about installing sights

I was wondering...when putting on TruGlo sights, what do you do with the factory beads. How do you get them off??? Thanks for any help.

Not sure how big and fancy a factory beads you have on your gun... I use Tru-Glo, and I don't do anything with the factory beads. You'll never see them or should they get in your way. I have an 870 express and a Benelli Nova.
