Air Rifle For Turkeys?
 
hay There, Im from England and sadly dont really have any turkeys outside the Farm yard. However you lot do and am wondering if any of you use air rifles for turkey hunting? If so what kit do you use?

Down here in Mississippi it is illegal to use rifles for turkey unless you are quadriplegic. I'm not too sure about air guns. I know some people that do hunt turkey with them in other states. They use Career 707's and DAQ's.

I have never heard of that. Everyone I know that hunts turkeys either uses some kind of a shotgun or a bow.

By far, the weapon of choice for most turkey hunters is a shotgun, with a 12 gauge probably being the most popular.
Air rifles are illegal to use in the state, err I mean "commonwealth" of Pennsylvania. Which is probably a good thing, theres to much risk of just injuring a bird with an air rifle.
