Hi everyone. I am a new member. I joined yesterday. Just wanted to introduce my self. My name is Joel Perry. I am 17 years old and this will be my 5th season hunting turkeys. I havent gotten one yet. My first year I didn't know anything. I hunt with my dad and a few friends. I shot and wounded a big tom with my Mossberg 500 20 ga. The next 2 years I hunted with my dads Winchester 12 ga. I didn't get a shot. Then last year was awesome. My dad and I got our bow licenses and went an earlier season. We saw so many BIG toms. The closest one came was about 45 yards. We took a few long shots with our Matthews Feathermax bows but missed. This year I saved up my money and I am getting the Franchi 912 3 1/2 in autoloader. I will get one this year. Well that is a little about me and my Turkey woods experiences. I am on Team 2 in the contest. Hope everyone does well this year and I look forward to meeting everyone.
