RE: Just wondering: What's your biggest gobbler?
A turkey with long spurs is more important than weight usually, meaning its an older bird and smarter. My heaviest is 27 lbs, longest spurs are 1 1/2", and i've shot a turkey with 3 beards, 12" 10.5" and 9". They are huge in Iowa and Missouri.
