moving turkey decoy

i just bought a decoy stake, that has a moving top. it makes the decoy look like its feeding. which decoy should i put on it, jake or hen? also does anybody use one, and what scenerio does it work best in?

I bow hunt, and motion decoys rule...
Use your hen as everyone else has has mentioned,
fields work best!
