Talking Found a turkey hunting series streaming through MyOutdoorsTV

Micheal Waddell has a great informative turkey hunting series called " Can't Stop the Flop!", on MyOutdoors TV a channel I stream using my Firestick. Actually all I use now.
I'm on my 2nd re-watch taking note of the calling techniques, cadence and other methods used. After over 35 yrs of chasing Mr 3-Toed Thunder Chicken I'm still learning!

Dang bird can humble you in an instant!

Itching to go pattern the new 410 Stevens single with the Vortex Sparc Red Dot, and the 5.0 attached Tactacam!
I'm ready!

Are you?

I have been very tempted to buy the same gun and try it out. I haven't got into red dot sights for shotguns yet or tactacams but can see how they would add to the hunt and memories. Be kinda cool to say you took a big tom with a .410.

A Taurus Judge 45/410 using Apex Tungsten 9.5 shot.

Absolutely lethal

Ill share my patterning soon
Charging up the Tactacam. I can add it to rhe scope rail.

The 5th taken by me. I think that's my partners 2nd.

Looks like you're setting the decoys for closer range (under 20 yards). What kind of distance/patterns are you getting?

I've got 25 yards.
and correct.
I don't place decoys if I use them, more than 7 to 10 paces off my left if I'm gunning or in front if I use that blind.

I don't 5ake shots over 30 yds anymore or try nott to.

Up close and personal I'd far more fun

NOW
With that new 410 Steven's. I'll know Mt lethal range shortly. We'll see what it eill do at 40 and 45 yds.
But 20 yds or less it don't matter what you use as long as you understand your pattern.

Oh I also submitted a regulation change in my state for turkey hunting. It passed the 1st teview.
It will take 3 yrs to pass.
Rule change to allow handguns using a shot shell.
I could go back to run and gun if I could use Mt cane! Lol
