Scents or Not

We all have heard about wonerfull scents and take them hunting for deer and bear . But what about turkey??Now most people think turkey are great with sight and hearing. And there right but they are also great at observing there suroundings so if it sees a spoked deer it might scare it away.So you dont have to take sents but it will help.

I have used and will proably use cover scent or scent elimnator while turkey hunting. One area I used to hunt on a regular basis, I used it every time I went in the woods. Deer were always coming in at the wrong time and a coyote would show up every now and then. I figure it can' t hurt ;)

Although I am new to this board and to hunting, I' d just like to point out that you all saved me some time once again this Spring. Here I was trying to figure out how to get all that cranberry sauce in the tub before the debut hunt!;)
