Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Thanks, il definitely post an update boom or bust. Out of curiosity, this is for anyone, this year in Illinois we've had a really mild winter, but recently temperatures have fallen again to just below freezing after some consistent warm weeks. Do you guys find any behavioral differences in the birds from year to year when weather patterns get a little funky?

I think the weather during your season will matter much more. For instance if you have a day or two of rain and then a sunny day with no wind, the birds will be going crazy, in my experience.

Late season in Colorado finds less Gobblers and calling them in can be a bit harder and more ambush style hunting is required but most hunters are home.
