Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Glad to hear it and in addition to turkey season, open water fishing will be upon us soon. Life is good.

Kind of funny how things work out. Mrs. CI and I had supper in Stowe, Vt with another member Rob in Vt and his wife and Rob and I talked a bit about a few of the members. I mentioned you since you live closer to us than most members and used to be quite active around here. I told him I hadn't heard from you in a while and hoped you were doing well.

Florida:
Private Land:
Shotgun, bow, or rifle (or crossbow or pistol)
Pretty sure no bait allowed w/in a certain distance of take
All day hunting
2 per day, 2 per season (bearded)
No roost shooting, no dogs, no live decoys, no recorded calls
Season is a bit variable...it runs 2 weeks earlier in the south zone (sarasota - arcadia - sebastian) and holmes county has its own regs

Public Land:
Variable on all counts.
Generally, only bow or shotgun (think bow has to be at least 35# draw). Shotgun must be 10 ga or smaller, no shot larger than #2.
Generally 1/2hr before sunrise to 1pm shooting hours
1 per day, 2 per season (bearded)
no roost shooting/dog/live decoy/recorded calls

That's it in a nutshell
