Hi, i recently moved to south dakota and turkey season start this upcoming Saturday i was wondering if a 223 is legal to use? according to the hunting handbook of 2015 it says i have to have 700 foot pounds of energy and can only carry a 223 that has a 5 round magazine? can someone clarify this? thank you!
