Not a fan of the 3 1/2 " shell at all, especially in that gun. I had one of the first models they came out with way back when and after patterning only 9 shells, that was more than enough for me and my shoulder. You can shoot 3" shells and I think that they would pattern even better. It comes with a back bored barrel, which helps out with recoil.

Best shooting load out of my gun, and I've tried many, including the blends. Unfortunately they stopped making them a few years ago. If anyone has some and wants to get rid of them, I'll take them of your hands. Preferably 3 1/2" 6 shot.
