Russell made it but they shutdown that part of the business (Russell Outdoors). I have two. Hybrid Elite. They have sleeves that zip off.

I tried the strap vest from Ol' Tom but didn't like it (it's for sale if anyone wants it). I haven't tried the newer vests from Cabelas that have the cushions that drop down without needing to be buckled/buttoned. My buddies like theirs. I've thought about one of their kickstand vests. I tried on the Tenzig vest at the NWTF last year and I like it...just not $300 worth of like.

1)Good butt pad
2)I don't like having to zip/unzip all the time so deep pockets for pot calls. The Hybrid Elite has pockets that use metal spring closures that I like.
3) I love the deep pockets on the inside of the Elite that allow for things like maps, wipes, extra gloves/mask, etc.
