Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Two with one shot

Well I haven't seen a turkey, a track or no signs in the spot I hunt. So I thought it would be another tough year. Well I went out this morning and call in the hens and here come two gobblers. I had two tags so I took both with one shot. I usually struggle till the end of the season but worked out well this year.

Yep they both come in and were lined up with heads in the sky and I decided to take them. The only bad part is my season is over and just stared today. Last year I worked hard at it all season and didn't get a bird.

Congratulations, and you saved a shell! Better find someone to take hunting, that you can trust not to come back to your hunting spot without you, later.

Congrats on the double!!!!! The first time my son and I went turkey hunting about 10 years ago, I called in 3 jakes. My son took out 2 of the jakes with one shot. It was an awesome hunt.

Well done! You can still have a lot of fun helping friends work birds and call for them.

Never done it with turkeys but I took 2 whitetail bucks with one shot about 20 years ago. Didn't plan it that way, I never even saw the 2nd buck until I walked up on them. Thankfully I had the tags to cover both.

time to check your neighboring states for leftover tags.

Congrats.

I've seen two grouse taken, but that's about it.
