Hmmm think now...

Many years ago a buddy and me were sitting on a old grown up loggin road and we both had 3 decoys each... We set them out and we had this gobbler come running in full speed... So fast I didn't believe him that it was a gobbler I thought it was a squirrel... First and last time that ever happened... And no we didn't get bird... I thought he was blowin smoke so I turned to see what was running in and the bird seen me and took to the air... So I'm sure more than one would be good... I just hate to drop that kind of money... I may have to wait till Xmas and have ol lady get me two

Id say Feeder hen also. My wife just surprised me with one a week ago. In my experience, a decoy showing she is relaxed and not alert seems to be the most effective for me. Thats why I tend to only use a feeding hen decoy(s) when I use them.

Since I have been using them the upright hen is always the one in a group that the birds seem to go to and you can use it squatting if you want with a jake over it. But that's a DSD though. If I could only get one it would be the an upright.
