Adjust your point of aim so your pattern hits where you want it to.

Optics or sights are the only way to change it easy

You could add a middle bead. That should help you line up the target better.

Only two ways to go and that is to do as was stated already and aim higher (like right at the top of a Tom's head) or better to correct the problem and if it's possible to either put on fiber optic adjustable sigths or one of the other adjustable systems available.

My gun tends to shoot low too. I have practiced enough with it to include the rib along with the two sight beads in the sight picture. I stack the two beads and aim for the head.

I'd go with a scope with the distance you're off. It's not really that uncommon for a shotgun to be off.I actually had to have a barrel on an 1100 straightened buy a gun smith.Remember that Adrian, lol. It shot high and to the right.Thought it was just me but when it shot the same when 3 experienced turkey hunters shot it I knew it wasn't just me.Had it fixed and it shoots just fine now.

I had the same issue with a RWS pellet rifle. Had the scope adjusted all the way down and it was still shooting 6 inches low. We got it at a swap meet and the previous owners must have been holding at the very end of the barrel when opening it and had bent it down.

How in the world did you bend a shotgun barrel?
