RE: Remington 1187 SPS-T 3 1/2
I bought the 11-87 SPS 3 1/2 and took it back one day later. I wanted it for a deer/turkey gun. You cannot get a camo barrel for this gun. The dealer will tell you that a 3" camo barrel will work but IT WON'T! My dealer spent 20 minutes on the phone with Remington and they even admitted it was a problem they were looking into. They said usually the gun won't start jamming for a while but mine jammed up on the first round. Luckly I caught it early on. I returned it for an 11-87 they handels 2 3/4 & 3" shells. You can get everything for this one (camo, barrels, etc).

Yes this gun comes in camo here is the link http://www.remington.com/2001/fi_1187spstsmc.htm If you ask me this is a monster turkey gun, if I was looking for a new turkey gun this is it. the 1100/1187 is a time tested design that works great, I have a 1100 magnum & have never had any problems with it at all. I say this is one gun you really need to check out.

I meant to say you cannot get a fully rifled camo barrel for this gun. I was looking for a shotgun to use for turkey and deer. As far as a gun you only want to use for turkey...go for it. I love my 11-87 that I have, but as far a versatility I do not like the 3 1/2" 11-87's. Just my opinion.
