On this weeks Whitetails, Inc. – we get a little Turkeys, Inc. on ya – “Beyond the Gobbler Dome”. This past spring my good buddy Eddie Edmondson traveled from North Carolina to chase some spring gobblers with me. What I didn’t realize at the time was how much action was coming our way. There were times when I feared for my life, but then I realized Turkey’s will very rarely attack humans. Thank goodness for that, cause when we go turkey hunting, truly anything can happen! I enjoy everything you guys put up for view,get the next episode up soon. I have come to the point where I would rather hunt Turkey than Deer,but I would rather eat Deer than Turkey. Deer hunting is a great passion for me but the long sits do get to this old body,at least with Turkey I can move around a little more with out the fear of some guy with a gun taking a wack at me. Bow is my favorite season because there are far fewer hunters out. Looking forward to the next hunt.
