Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default white spurred limbhanger

He had white colored, black tipped spurs and a nice 10 1/4 beard. Never heard him on the limb as he was too far away and leaves are all up now. It was maybe a good thing because I would of gone to him. If I had this may have been one of those hunts where he gobbled at me but flew down and walked away. I believe it is because he goes off and roosts by himself but he was flying down and heading the 600 yds to this area where we heard him later in the morning previously and where we had seen hens. Being where he wanted to go instead of where I wanted him to go proved to be a good decision in killing this 4-5 yr old bird.
