Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Missouri Lond Beard Down

Got this ole boy sat. Morning. Gobbled his fool head off on the roost, but shut up on the ground. I had a hen come running to me after the first call. She hopped on a log and begin strutting and gobbleing. I've never seen nothin like this, but it was way cool. She hung around the entire hunt. When she would gobble he would to. He spit and drummed his way to me, I had been holding my shotgun up for over an hour and had a bad case of the weenie arm. I couldn't wiggle, but did rest my hand and gun on my knee for a second to get some feeling back. He finally came out from behind some big trees and presented a shot at 30 yards.
Weight 23.15 lbs
Beards 10 1/2 and 5 1/2
Spurs 1 3/16" both sides

Congrats on a nice bird. Had a hen strut around my decoy this year but have yet to hear one gobble.
