gobbler on the grill today!!!
 

Took a breast and thigh out of the first tom i killed this year out of the freezer last night and tenderized it, then i let it marinade in italian dressing all night and all day today. Gonna wrap it all in bacon and throw it on the grill for supper tonight. I think it is going to be excellent!!! I will try to post pics.

This turned out great. This is by far the best way to eat wild turkey that i have ever tried anyway. The wife hates wild game but she loved this.

Looks great. I also marinate my turkey in italian dressing and toss it on the grill, but I like the touch with bacon. Sounds like a winning combo!

yeah i think the bacon really helped as far as moisture and flavor is concerned. The turkey seemed to suck in the moisture of the bacon as it cooked.

Looks like a great way to cook em if you were to ask me.. Thanks for the idea as well as sharing it with us all.
