South Dakota Slam

Going for it this year. Prairie tag for Rio, Archery for Eastern and Black Hills tag for Merriams. Anywhere else you know of that this can be done? Maybe Nebraska??

Idaho has Merriams and Rios, and there was a transplanting of easterns at one time, but I don't know if they took off. I killed a few of both the first 2 species here, but not in the same year.

I read a article in NWTF magazine a few months ago about doing that in Oklahoma. I dont know if they have true merriams or not. Still sounds like a pretty cool thing to try out good luck with it

I believe the state of Washington has 3 species.

Oklahoma has 3 species. Merriams in the far west panhandle, Rio's in western and central parts, and Easterns in the southeast.
