I would be careful in Nebraska they have a lot of hybrids out there, I took a single season Royal Slam last year I looked into Nebraska for my Merriams and found the area I was hunting had a lot of hybrids. Good Luck on your Grand Slam, I'm headed for Mexico this spring to hunt the Ocellated and with any luck record my World Slam.

I got online called the different Game and Fish offices where I was hunting talked with biologist about where too hunt then emailed and talked with lots of people. I even had some Game Wardens offering to help me out with my quest. The best part of my Royal Slam is along the way I made several new hunting friends. You may want to consider taking your Rio in Nebraska. When your ready too take a Gould in Arizona let me know.

I would love to take a Gould. :)
