Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default My 2011 Oklahoma Rio Grande

Here are a couple of pics of my 2011 Rio that I took last week here in Oklahoma. He had double beards of 8 1/2 and 3 1/2". He weighed 21lbs and had 1 5/8" spurs. We estimated him at 4 1/2 years old. I took him with my 835 UltraMag at 45 yards with Federal 3 1/2" #5's.

Awesome bird man! Congrats! Just got back from there myself. Took my three birds and two in Texas. Was a blast. I hunted in Harmon and Jackson counties in southwest Oklahoma near Gould. Lots of birds but very dry. Had a great time.
