disappointed in cody calls

I have a cody slate call,and happen to break it. So I sent a e-mail to see if I could get a new slate. I sent 2 e-mail and still no response. I like there calls but don't like there service.

IMO, bad customer service makes the whole company look awfully bad.

There are a lot of places that are open season right now for turkeys maybe he is hunting, someone should have gotten back to you.
Here are a couple of places to get slate from if you tier of waiting. They are easy to install just get some plumbers goop.
