Our friend Jalvja
 

I know this is off topic a little, but still has to do with the forum,

Just to give everyone here that knew our friend Jalvja here a heads up. Jalvja took a heart attack the other day and is in the hospital. From my understanding he's doing fine but has to have stits (spelling) put in as he had blockages on both sides.

Boy thats two buddy from the Good Ol USA in two years with heart problems. Strut from here was in for a bypass last spring and I could not hunt with him ...

You guys need to start eating your carrots lol

Geeez. Tell Jim to get well. Everyone needs to understand what a big deal this is for this turkey hunter. I owe a lot to Jim for putting my turkey hunting into perspective for my wife. When he was at the house he explained to her how he rushed to the alter of his wedding day because he was in the woods calling up a gobbler before he got married. Jalva does not miss turkey hunting for anything. Missing opening day will be harder than the operation. Prayers for Jim!

Sorry to hear that. Hope everything turns out okay and he's back in the turkey woods soon.
