Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Turkey decoy refurb

I purchased new decoys last year to replace my old foam set that I have had since college. I was going to throw out the foam dekes but decided to see if I could fix them up a little bit. Most of the paint was peeling or cracking, so I got some hobby paint from Walmart and this is what I came up with. I also cut the foam tail off of the Jake decoy and made my own Jake fan which i can also use on my B-mobile.

Not too shabby. I've never thrown a decoy away. Even if they are in bad shape you can use them in the fall when it helps to have several decoys out.

Say if you have not done so add a dab of clear nail polish to the eyes!

Nice job.

EFH, I hear you about being in the snow, this was a winter project last winter when the East Coast had record snowfall amounts.
