welcome to the addictive world of turkey hunting, you will learn alot from some of the crusty old timers who post on this site. you might wany tho enter the spring turkey hunting contest, it's alot of fun.

Hey folks this young man is a hunting partner of mine...........He asked to turkey hunt - I warned him - he now has a bad addiction.....and all I can say is "I told ya so!"

Not many put up with this Ole fart - but Roy does!

It's all good. Hunting with JW is great, cause he has a built in call timer in the blind. The "call" alarm goes off every 15 min, and to hit the snooze button, you have to scratch out a few yelps.

All kidding aside, this season I spent my time "runnin & gunnin", but I didn't connect with a bird until I sat a spell with Obiwan!

However, a word of "warning", don't believe everything JW! tells you. Anyone that would cut a tree down on himself and walks into boards, can't be the sharpest tool in the shed.:s201:
