And I do the same too... But mine go in homemade noodles after pressure cooking it!

BBQ would be good too. Hmmm. Maybe outta try that next time!

I've been taking the wings and legs and cooking them til the meat falls off the bones like Ridge Runner. Then making turkey soup with the meat and resulting broth.

I cut the meat off the thighs and legs. I then boil the meat for about 1 1/2 hrs. I then chop the meat up, add barbeque sauce, put in a pot, and simmer until hot. I then make barbeque sandwiches. They are very good.

1. Debone the thighs
2. Marinate for 20-30mins
3. Grill
4. Slice thinly across the grain
5. Open frosty beverage of choice
6. Serve with pickle slices, olives, and a dipping sauce

Legs...brown then slow cook for stocks and stews. Turkey legs make a great addition to a chicken & sausage gumbo.
