Shot this bird in Columbia County on 5/3... Great hunt... came in on a string w/ another tom. This guy was the strutter. Shot him at about 35 yards. He weighed 20.5lb, had a 10" beard, and 1 & 1/8" spurs.
My 5 year old daughter is really into it... I just had to post this pic because I thought it was great...

Darn nice tom, and its cool your daughters into it. Did you take her out with you too?
I had no luck opening wknd. But called in a nice tom on youth hunt for my son. 9 1/4" beard, 7/8" spurs. He was pumped.

she has gone out a few times... but no luck on those hunts...
