chokes

i agree with everyone about the indian creek chokes. mine works awesome & i have no doubt about shooting one at 50 yards, but i usually dont have to shoot any farther than 25. at the range at 20 yards it will blow nickel size holes in the target.

I like my Rhino Choke tube - but I've heard great things about Indian Creek too.

ive shot a pure gold for years now and have killed turkeys at 50yds. def use a heavier shot and 6s. i shoot rem hevi shot with the .670 pure gold it will hold a hella pattern at 40yds. i have thought about an indian creek tube but not sure if i would benefit from it

For the $ it's hard to beat a Jellyhead.

If your intentions are to shoot lead I would go with a .660 but it is to tight to shoot Hevi shot that would only deform the shot...

Not necessarily true, some guns and choke combo's love a choke at
.660 with Hevi shot, especially #7's, and some 6's. Lead will deform before Hevi tungsten, this is the idea with Hevi, more density less deforming.

For the money and performance, if I ws shooting Hevi #7's or 6's I'd get a .660 Jellyhead. Pro Bass has them for around 35.00, a steal!

Indian creek!

What does a .665 $80 choke do that a $35 .665 choke doesn't?

I don't mind spending for quality at all, but $80 on a choke tube? Sounds crazy to me, maybe I'm out of my element... I'm not a skeet pro, I do love to hunt turkeys, but I guess my $35 choke gets the job done.
