My all time favorite is what my cousin used to call the wild turkey.

exactly Bob. as a matter of fact, this was the name my cousin called the turkey after several years of us turkey huntin, and comin home empty handed. we could here them gobble, but then it was like they would just disapear. one evenin after comin back to camp without a turkey, we were settin around the camp, and my cousin said, you know Terry, I just bet you the Indians used to call the wild turkey ghostbird. I couldn' t help but bust out laughing. but he just might have been right.
