single double or triple beard???????

Default single double or triple beard???????

Hey guys i got this turkey yesterday. I think hes at least a double but not sure if it would be considered a triple his beard is funky eather way. All opinions are welcome. Hes a trophy in my book no matter what.

if you look between the lower 2 beards it looks like rot or somthing that might be seperating the beards. but im not sure what defines a seperate beard

can't tell if the bottom beard is separated at the base or somehow broke / rotted in middle...
either way, great beard...
should be able to tell when you cut it off...

i would have to go with 2 and some beard rot
but its hard to tell so in my opinion since your not on my team i have to say 2 (lol)

Since you believe that you might have the state record if its really 3 bearded, I'd have someone from the DEM check it out. They have to have a turkey biologist that can make the call for you. Either way, not a bad position to be in! Great bird either way!
