RE: how many decoys should i use?
either b and she with one hen. or a jake and 2 hens. personally i would not use the alert hen. I dont want that tom to be any more alert than possible when he is coming in.
1. b-mobile with she mobile sitting on ground in breeding position right in front of Bwith feeding hen close by
2. Jake with hen in breeding again and feeding hen nearby.
Jakes andstrutting dekesshould always face you. hens should face away from where the gobbler is coming from.

I would give you the suggestion to try and get one without a decoy forst, more often than not decoys will screw your hunt either by messing with them at the wrong time or hanging up a tom that cam see them. I know they look good on TV and they do work don't get me wrong but most toms will come in without deaks out. Just my thoughts and based on experience.

I'd suggest using your Strutter with just one Hen. This set-up has been responsible for most of our birds over the past few seasons. Good luck and good huntin'
