homemade turkey calls

does anyone know of any? i have seen some made of film canisters and whatnot.. has anyone made one/ know how to make one?

If you do an Internet search you can find lots of info on making your own turkey calls.

I've made box calls and scratchbox calls. They are fun projects.

What you are referring to is a tube call. I've made them out of snuff cans, film canisters, and even prescription vials. You can find the plans with a quick Google search. I've made small slate scratch boxes similar to the Lynch Jet and currently make single-sided boxes as a hobby. Here are a couple of pics of some I've made for other people fro Christmas presents and such.
