patterning 3 vs 3.5
 

all else being equal, to 3in shells tend to pattern better than 3.5s ?

from all the choke tube makers that i have talked to, i' ve talked to alot, they all say that 3" will pattern better than 3.5" do to the amount of shot trying to squeze down the barrel.

But I suppose that the 3.5" HV loads with 2oz of shot would be better than the 2.25oz loads.

Its hard to say, every gun will pattern differently.
